Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once purchased: no change-of-mind refunds
Full Check credits and Creator Tools access are digital services. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused credits, partial use or unused validity. Review the plan and service limitations before paying.
Payment errors and service delivery
If you were charged twice, charged without receiving the purchased access, or experienced a service delivery failure, contact support with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will review the payment and delivery records and arrange the appropriate correction. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Cancellation and expiry
You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not refund the purchase or extend its validity. Access and credits follow the validity shown for the purchased plan. Current checkout is a one-time purchase; a monthly validity period does not itself authorize automatic recurring billing.
