This notice describes APS StarX account, channel-check and payment features at apsstarx.com.
Channel searches and public data
When you request a channel check or creator search, your query is sent to our backend and used to request public channel and video information from YouTube API Services. Results can include channel names, video titles, thumbnails, descriptions and public statistics. We do not request access to your private YouTube account in this version.
Email OTP accounts
When registration is enabled, requesting a code submits your email and, for registration, your name, country and selected channels to our server. Our email hosting provider delivers the OTP. Codes expire after 10 minutes and only a keyed hash is stored. Verified accounts retain email, name, country, accepted terms version and registered channel identifiers, titles and access status. No mobile number is collected. Email verification does not prove channel ownership.
Storage and retention
Your language preference is saved in this browser so future visits use the same language. You can change it using the language switch or clear browser site data.
A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in, with a maximum session duration of 24 hours. Signing out invalidates the session. Account records remain until deletion is requested and processed, subject to records needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or applicable requirements. The server stores registered channel details and may cache scan batches and metadata to resume scans and prevent duplicate credit charges. Account session records contain a hashed session identifier, coarse browser/device label and timestamps; administrators can view account identity and recent session activity. Payment records contain order references, amounts, product access and verification status. Card details and payment authentication are handled by Razorpay, not stored by APS StarX. Old browser trial values may remain from earlier versions and can be cleared in browser site settings. Hosting providers may maintain connection logs; their retention must be confirmed before launch.
External services
Pages use Google Fonts, and public YouTube thumbnails can be loaded from Google's servers. Some tools load libraries or assets from external providers. These requests expose normal connection information such as IP address and browser details to the receiving service. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Affiliate links
Amazon links contain our affiliate tracking identifier. Clicking them takes you to Amazon, which applies its own privacy and tracking practices. The current carousel rotates manually selected links; it is not personalised using your search history. We do not send your registration-form details to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Your choices and contact
You can stop using the site, clear browser site data and choose whether to open third-party links. Account deletion requests must be handled by the operator. For account deletion, access or privacy requests, email apsytech81@gmail.com from your registered address. We may verify your identity before processing the request. Payment and security records may need to be retained where required. See Contact Support.
Saved scan reports on this device
When you select Save Full Report, the scan snapshot and your manual review checklist are stored in this browser on this device. They are not synced to your account. Clearing browser data removes them. You can download a backup or delete a report in Saved reports. On shared devices, delete saved reports when finished.
Optional Website Measurement
If you allow analytics, we record the page path, broad traffic source, timestamp and hashed random browser/session identifiers. We do not store full referring URLs in this measurement table. Records older than 90 days are removed during periodic measurement cleanup; reports are shown only to administrators. Browser IDs estimate visitors, not unique people. Use Analytics Preferences to decline future measurement and clear the local identifier. Account registration and verified payment records are tracked separately to operate the service.
Private product feedback
If you submit feedback while signed in, we store your account ID, the tool used, rating, message and submission time. We also keep the latest successful tool-use time to check eligibility. Feedback is visible only to site administrators and is used to improve the service. Please do not include sensitive information. Contact support for deletion requests.
